Rule #1: Don't be nice to people. Because if you are you'll most probably get exploited.
(I break this rule all the time. And more often than not I regret breaking it.)

Rule #2: Break Rule #1 as often as possible. If you regret it you know you chose the wrong person to be nice to. If you don't, you've hit jackpot!! They are true friends.

Rule #3: Don't live up to people's expectations. The more you try to live up to their expectations, the higher they raise the bar. If you don't, the bar stays at the same level or it gets lowered. Either way, it's gonna be good for you.

Rule #4: Dare to be selfish... If the time, place, and situation call it. And if some one calls you selfish for being so, to hell with them.

Rule #5: If someone tells you 'no', listen to it, accept it, and give them hell about it. Get the 'yes' you deserve out of them!

Rule #6: You're beautiful. Hold you head high. If someone looks down at you, either they're jealous of, or they don't have a clue, who you are.

Rule #7: No matter how high you rise keep your feet steadily on the ground. And no matter how much you grow, don't forget your roots.

Rule #8: Hold on fast to your principles. And let go of your superstitions. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference. But if you put enough thought into it, you really can.

Rule #9: Love, live, and forgive. But don't forget. Every moment in life, every struggle, every smile, every tear is a lesson. (I follow this rule too much. Don't over do it!!)

Rule #10: Last, but not the least, FAMILY COMES FIRST!!!
